You should consider allocating more than 8GB of RAM for optimal performance when running a Windows 10 VM.

I just installed my EVO into my grandma’s old computer. It’s almost finished, giving me a full 8GB of RAM and letting the A6-3650 shine.

Others mentioned that 4GB should suffice in most cases. On my desktop, using a daily driver with two VMs, Firefox (about 4 tabs), Chrome (1 tab), and the task manager, I’m using around 5.6GB. Removing the VMs brings it down to just over 2GB.
