Consider advice on constructing a 1440P gaming PC in the Philippines within a budget of 50-60K.
Approximate Purchase Period:
such as November to December
Budget Range: 50-60K PHP or $900-$1000 | 12-22k PHP or $300-400 for the Monitor
Usage Priority from Highest to Lowest:
Gaming (Valorant, LoL, Dota2, possibly some AAA titles) Movies.
Are you purchasing a monitor:
Yes (if feasible, can take advantage of PS5 features like VRR, HDR10, 1440P Gaming) $300-400 budget
Components to Upgrade: None. Will construct from scratch.
Do you need to purchase an operating system:
No
Please be aware that with an OEM Windows license, a new one will be required when buying a new motherboard.
Preferred Websites for Parts:
Dynaquest or PCHub (or other options if you have suggestions)
Location: Metro Manila, Philippines.
Parts Preferences: I favor AMD, black color is preferred, a touch of RGB is acceptable, and ASUS is a good choice.
Overclocking: No
SLI or Crossfire: No
Monitor Resolution: 2560x1440, 1920x1080
Key Point: Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading:
I currently own a Ryzen 5 2600 and RX570 combo. Although it still functions, its performance is diminishing. It may only need cleaning; however, I worry that removing parts could cause boot issues. It performed well, purchased in December 2018.

A very good question. If it's just a bit decent, you might consider these options:

I own an Asus B450M Prime, which is quite outdated. It has already been taken to the service center before, and I suspect the RAM slot is faulty since dual channel isn't working anymore. I don't intend to reuse any components on my current setup because they might already be worn out. Additionally, I plan to pass this machine off to my younger sibling after purchasing a new one.
