I recently purchased a new laptop and want to boost its performance by adding more RAM. The current setup has two 4GB modules at 2666MHz soldered onto the motherboard. With two available slots, should I install two additional 4GB sticks or one larger 8GB stick? Let me know! Your specs: i5-8300H GTX 1650 with 8GB 2666MHz DDR4. Thanks ahead!

Another stick indicates a single-channel run. Make sure there are two empty slots initially.
