For a solid brand PSU 650 watts or higher, I suggest going for 750 watts.

The power supply you require hinges on two factors:
1. The power requirements
a) nVidia specifies the needs

For an AIB card, increase that by 50 watts and include an additional cable connector
b) Guru3D's advice is based on power consumption "at the will"

2. The overclocking targets
Moderate Overclocking - EVGA 750 (for possible second 1070 in SL)
High Overclocking - EVGA G2 750
Extreme Overclocking - Seasonic 750 Snow Edition 750
