Avoid spending $400 on a motherboard just for 12GB RAM and two M.2 slots. Motherboards can easily lead you into overspending. I wouldn't invest more in the motherboard than in the CPU. Performance isn't impacted, right?

Gigabyte UD has consistently been a solid choice in the past, and it's encouraging to notice this pattern is still ongoing.

Absolutely correct, right? I’d rather save up $400 for a better mobile if I can locate something more affordable that performs adequately.

The product appears genuine with its specifications and features. Location details weren't provided, so I can't confirm local pricing for the Z690 UD.

I appreciate this. A $400 motherboard for non-OC models doesn't have to be mainstream.

I've been checking out the GIGABYTE Z690 GAMING X again—it's around $265 and looks pretty good. I don't need Wi-Fi, I usually prefer a wired connection. Still unsure about it yet. Maybe I'll go for the 12600k now and wait a couple of weeks to see if more is available in DK. Thanks everyone for your help!
