I do the most work by using Quest 2 PCVR wireless and then streaming VRChat while keeping Discord, Telegram, and other background apps running. Even with those closed, stuttering happens except for my Twitch chat, Obs, and the streamlabs notification bar. If you want something reliable, a 32GB SSD would be enough. I checked various motherboards but found it hard to pick one due to the wide range of options.

QVL is structured by kit dimensions (2x8, 2x16, 2x32), followed by speed, then the exact RAM model name to paste into sites like Amazon or Newegg. Timings are typically listed as well.

On the motherboard page I saw the RAM compatibility info, everything seems mixed up and I’m unsure what to focus on. It’s a bit confusing, but I’ll give it a shot based on your advice.
