Hello everyone, I’m seeking guidance on a topic I’m not very comfortable with. I don’t want to invest in something that won’t work. My ISP router is fixed, and I need additional access points in parts of my home that aren’t covered by it. Ideally, I’d like 3 or 4 APs that function well. I have two networks set up in the main router—one for regular Wi-Fi and another for guest Wi-Fi. In the normal network I can share files on my computer, but not in the guest network. The guest network still lets me access some devices via cable, but with Wi-Fi it’s a different story. I’m wondering if there are solutions to extend the same rules from my main router to the guest network. Thanks in advance, and best of luck!

Ubiquity UniFi access points stand out as the top choice for this configuration. They provide a professional feel without being overly budget-friendly, delivering impressive speeds and wide coverage. They support both guest networks and mesh networking, ensuring consistent connectivity across all areas.

many ISP routers support bridged mode. Contact your provider to confirm if using this mode allows a single mesh network.
