Currently I’m using a setup without Wi‑Fi access; I rely on an Ethernet port with a Wi‑Fi extender. The speed I see on my PC is around 27 Mbps, but when connected to the main router or the extender it jumps to about 95 Mbps. Could you help me understand why this difference happens?

Uncertain if it counts, but my mainboard is a B450 Tomahawk Max (not the Wi-Fi version).
