Hello, I've been experiencing internet problems with my primary PC (AMD CPU, Windows 10). I suspect the issue might be related to the WiFi card (Archer TXE72E), but testing it on a separate machine with an Intel CPU and Windows 11 shows much better performance. For instance, with a WPA3 connection, my main PC can't connect when using the Archer card, while another PC works fine. Usually, when the main PC tries to join the WPA3 network, it either connects but loses internet access or the WiFi on my PC restarts. I believe the problem lies specifically with the main PC itself, as I replaced the previous TP Link card with this one after facing similar issues. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked if chipset drivers are installed on your main system? Missing these drivers can prevent your Wi-Fi card from functioning properly.

Thank you for the update. I've set up the chipset drivers and restarted, but nothing has changed.

You may have to reinstall the Wi-Fi drivers once the chipset drivers are set up.

I performed that action too, yet there was no alteration.

You didn’t turn on airplane mode by accident? On Windows 10 there’s a tray beside the clock that lets you disable Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and other connections.

I'm addressing you regarding the PC's Wi-Fi performance. It operates at about 60% reliability, provided the connection uses WPA2 or similar protocols.

It seems the system is updated, but the Wi-Fi connection keeps restarting due to possible corrupted files. Have you tried running an admin command prompt and executed sfc /scannow? If it detects issues, you can reboot into troubleshooting mode by holding Shift while pressing reboot, then launch it from there in a new CMD window.
