I've been struggling to make my computer reach the 500Mbps speeds advertised by my ISP for a week now. Reached out to the ISP, but they confirmed everything is functioning correctly—hardware seems fine, cables and network controllers are all good. I have two cables and two NICs, and when using a laptop, the speed drops to around 500Mbps upload and 100Mbps download. Checked drivers on both new and old cards, adjusted network adapter settings in the control panel or device manager, but still only getting under 100Mbps down and about 160Mbps up. I'm really at my limit here.

I likely reinstalled Windows 10 shortly after the issue began... using only 500MB. That process seems too fast.
