When I powered on my laptop, both internet (Wi-Fi) and Bluetooth disappeared. In Device Manager, no Wi-Fi device from Intel appears in the network adapters section. At the bottom, a faulty device is listed. Double-clicking it triggers code 43, indicating an issue. Attempts to fix: restarted the computer, used a USB Wi-Fi driver from my dad, checked for Windows updates, verified drivers via Driver Assistant (still couldn't find the Wi-Fi driver), downloaded and installed Acer-specific drivers, restarted again—still no success. Last resort, I reinstalled Windows 11 from scratch on the laptop. The problem persists. My model is an Acer Swift 3 SF315-52G. What might be the cause? Could the network card be damaged?
