Connectivity issues are affecting performance.
I've been experiencing some internet problems lately. My connection isn't performing at its normal level. Over the past week or so, my speed has dropped significantly—possibly even more than half. Now I can't stream YouTube videos in 1080p at 60fps anymore. Before I could enjoy an internet-heavy game, watch a video, chat with friends, or listen to music, it would lag badly. I still have a WiFi adapter, not a cable connection. I've tried several fixes: unplugging and replugging the adapter, resetting the internet settings, and using the troubleshooter. I noticed it was extremely slow after downloading an Overwatch update—only 3 MB/s. When I played an offline game to wait for the download, it slowed down to just 500 KB/s. If anyone can assist, please let me know. I'll share any details you might find useful. Also, Task Manager shows a 1-2% usage rate.
I think it might be caused by Wi-Fi interference. Would you try testing with a wired connection and let me know if it resolves the issue?
The issue isn't with the router. It seems to be affecting only my PC, while others remain unaffected.
Turn off the device and screen, move it nearer the router, and try again. Use a table for stability and check the results. I haven’t done this often and usually just connected the setup to the router to experiment.
