Check the fan/RGB controller at the back of the case. The widest cable connects to a specific port near the top, which has a recognizable connector shape.

Adjusted the connection by inserting the hub into the three-pin connector, while using the four-pin connector in the fan case header. The CPU cooler fans are now attached to the three-pin connector on the hub.
