I achieved the middle download speed for my own internet. I can install STALKER 2 (133GB) in roughly 40-45 minutes. The time also varies based on your SSD performance since games load during installation. If your hard drive is particularly slow, that will be the main issue.

An AAA game of about 100GB will take roughly 800 seconds—about 15 minutes—at 1Gb/s. At 500Mb/s it's 45 minutes, and at 300Mb/s you're looking at around 1 hour and 15 minutes.

You can determine the value yourself or use available online calculators. Convert Mbps to MB/s by dividing by 8, for example: 300 Mbps equals 37.5 MB/s, 500 Mbps is 62.5 MB/s, and 1000 Mbps (1 Gbps) becomes 125 MB/s. AAA doesn’t have a fixed size, but some may exceed 150 GB. Converting to GB helps: 150 GB equals 150,000 MB. Calculate time by dividing the total by speed, like 150,000 ÷ 125 = 1,200 seconds (about 20 minutes). It’s clear that 500 Mbps would double the time, around 40 minutes, and 300 Mbps about an hour and six minutes. In general, these speeds should let you finish within under two hours. Of course, this is the highest possible rate; actual downloads might lag beyond that.
