Hi everyone, I'm trying to fix a problem with my Sitecom X4 N300 router. It works fine for most devices, but my laptop can't connect anymore. I've checked the router settings, updated drivers, reinstalled the Wi-Fi card, and even reset the router to its original factory settings. The password seems correct, and other networks are working properly. I'm still getting an "Unable to connect" error only on my laptop. No changes have been made to the laptop itself, and I haven't adjusted anything else. I'm not sure what to do next—maybe try a different router or see if another device can help test the connection?

Have you attempted disabling your firewalls to check for connectivity issues? Also consider turning off any antivirus or antimalware software.

I also gave it a shot, but it worked on both my laptop and the one built into the router.

Do you have the Killer Network software or suite active?
