Hi there! I just upgraded my PC and replaced the motherboard. Previously, I had an Asus Z390 Gaming-E with built-in Wi-Fi. Now I'm using a Gigabyte X570 Ultra that also has Wi-Fi. When I checked my Wi-Fi speeds after the switch, the Asus Z390 was around 180Mbit/s while the Gigabyte X570 only reached 20Mbit/s. The rest of the setup stayed the same except for the motherboard and CPU. I’ve tested the router and everything seems fine—my phone gets about 180Mbit/s. I’m not sure what else to do right now, but I’m hoping someone can advise me. Thanks!

Did you connect the antenna properly? Consider adjusting its placement.

I've set up the antenna in all available positions. The earlier motherboard had a fixed antenna, allowing me to adjust the angle. It should work now.

The motherboard drivers might influence your WiFi performance even if the controller is current.

looks like the signal strength isnt good how far away are you from the wifi access point? if you're within 5m range with close to no obstruction, then there's probably something wrong with the wifi on the mobo

It's around 7 meters away with a barrier in between, yet the signal strength remains unchanged from when it was 180Mbit/s.
