Hey! Your network setup looks good, but the slow transfer might be due to factors like file size, NAS processing limits, or bandwidth constraints. Check if your NAS can handle gigabit speeds and see how it performs with larger files. Also, ensure your cables and switches are functioning properly.

Are you asking about megabytes per second (MB/s) or megabits per second (Mb/s)? As long as it's in megabits, that's acceptable.

I'm really clueless—I even captured a photo and didn't include it in the message.

The task manager displays 90MBit/s, but it's unclear why this is happening—appears normal on my system.

Are you referring to the 100 megabit cap across all devices or only your own? Which motherboard are you using?

MSI Z170 titanium is installed on my PC and some AsRock B365 units on the NAS. It's hard to test performance from every system, but when I'm near the NAS in the network, I can send data at Gb. My PC also connects to other nearby PCs at Gb, which seems to work.

You pay for different speeds depending on the plan you choose. Your ISP typically lists speeds in Mbps or Gbps, but many customers are unsure because they see download speeds shown in MB/s instead. This can be confusing when downloading games on services like Steam.

Discussing logs within the system is what I’m focusing on, not my external internet link. When I had a 200Mb/s connection, those performance levels were achieved on both my NAS and my PC.

Yes, both your NAS and PC had gigabit networking ports.
