I'm just starting this project and I'm trying to link the graphics card to the motherboard by plugging it into the slot next to the Blazing M.2 socket. However, I don't have a matching cable for the holes on the card. I also can't find a power supply slot with similar hole designs. Should I need to buy additional components? The motherboard link is https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/B650M-HDVM.2/index, and the power supply is a Super Flower Leadex III ATX 3.1 750W model SF-750F14GE. The case used by Phanteks XT Pro.

I checked the PSU's website and confirmed it includes sufficient cables for your 7700 XT. The cables display white text labeled VGA, matching your description. They appear to be a 6+2 pin connector forming the 8-pin interface on the GPU side.

According to the specifications, there should be twice the cables listed earlier inside the power supply enclosure.

Yes, these appear to be the correct cables. The holes don’t match the connection pattern on the graphics card, which could cause issues.

These connections are accurate. The cables fit into your GPU using the 6-pin and 2-pin sides, while the other end connects to the CPU/PCIE ports on the power supply.

It seems fine with what you've said. The 6+2 pin setup will connect to your GPU, while the solid 8 pin goes into your power supply via the PCIe or CPU slots. Everything appears to be in order.

You recently connected the cables and they’re securing properly. You didn’t attempt the adjustment because you were concerned about alignment.

They're designed separately for the power supply and the graphics card, which helps prevent mistakes and damage.

It doesn't matter, everything is fine. Have fun with your new 7700 XT—it's an amazing card! Your PSU looks great too; Super Flower is my top choice. If you have any questions or concerns during the build, feel free to message me directly and I'll assist you.
