At startup, the PC fails to establish an internet connection. Manual attempts show the Wi-Fi is functional but once connected, the link remains unstable, with intermittent drops and a partial recovery around 25%. Occasionally the connection drops entirely without any apparent cause. The operating system runs Windows 11 64-bit, using an AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT graphics card, paired with an AMD Ryzen 7 7700 processor on a PRO B650M-A motherboard that supports Wi-Fi. I suspect the issue isn’t with the router, since my phone works independently and remains online even when disconnected.

Check if your motherboard supports Wi-Fi. If yes, identify the specific model or confirm if you're connecting via USB or a PCIe add-in card.

The motherboard supports Wi-Fi, USB, and PCIe connections. You're asking about getting your graphics card.

What frequency range is your router operating in? Does it handle 5 GHz or higher? Consider switching to a faster network if you're on 2.4 GHz, as wireless devices like keyboards and mice may interfere with that band. If you're limited to 2.4 GHz, try disabling any wireless peripherals and observe the change.

You can look up the term "ghz" to understand what it means, as it refers to gigabits per second in networking contexts.

Your router model is identified by dual-band support. You'll see two networks labeled similarly, such as "your network 2G" and "your network 5G," depending on settings and what's enabled. Check your Wi-Fi properties for the band information. Also, try removing any wireless peripherals—like a mouse—since they can interfere and cause connectivity issues.

I haven't tested disconnecting wireless devices, but it looks quite alike to what I'm facing, so I'll give it a shot next time.

Additionally, being on a 2.4GHz connection makes the issue even clearer for you too
