Tell me about your connection setup, the internet speed you're using, the type of devices involved, and how everything is linked. We need more information to understand the situation.

My thing isn't doing the stuff, but sometimes it does. That's the level of information you gave us. You need to provide as much information as possible like @Electronics Wizardy said. We need a lot more information than "it doesn't work" to help you out. Additionally: Where are you not seeing the "provided Mbps" levels? Browser? Steam? Speedtests? Everything? How are you measuring? How far off is it from what you pay for?

I operate EE in the UK with a 70 Mbps Acer Windows 10 PC using wireless connection. My setup includes an Intel® Core™ i5-3210M CPU running at 2.50GHz, 4.00 GB of installed RAM (3.82 GB free), a 64-bit OS, and a pen-and-touch interface isn’t present for this device.

What speeds are you experiencing? How close are you to the router? Could you share your computer's make and model? This helps determine if you have a 2.4GHz or 5GHz compatible card.
