The Wi-Fi adapter stopped functioning and after checking everything, I reset it via Windows settings. Now neither Ethernet works, and both devices show yellow triangles in Device Manager. Please assist me.

Hey, I’m really sorry you’re going through this. Losing your internet connection is way worse than anything else. Try removing the Ethernet cable and then restart your device. After restoring, check if the yellow triangle appears in your backup. If it does, I suggest getting the driver from your motherboard manufacturer—this should fix it. Stay tuned for updates and good luck!

Previously attempted, it doesn't function. The system indicates top drivers are already set up.

Under "Device Status" in your Ethernet adapter's properties, you'll find details about its current condition and performance.

It appears the network drivers might be damaged. Obtain the newest drivers from the manufacturer, turn off any antivirus software you have, and reinstall them. If you're uncertain which drivers to install, look up the Hardware IDs in the Device Manager's "Details" section and search for the VEN_####&DEV_#### codes.
