Hey everyone, I'm trying to get my mother's phone connected to our home Wi-Fi but it keeps failing. It works fine with other connections, and the phone shows a failed connection message. I'm using a 5-year-old Huawei device, and I'm having trouble finding solutions online. Any advice or tips would be really helpful?

Hi, this was one of the initial attempts I made without success. The factory reset didn't assist either. It either can't locate the Wi-Fi or reports a weak signal, preventing connection. It functioned properly for about a year.
