Hi, I just set up my PC with Windows and am having trouble connecting to the internet through Ethernet. I have an ASRock BB350M motherboard, and when I plug in the cable, one port lights green and another orange. I tried using the Ethernet cable on my Xbox, which worked fine, so it seems the problem might be with my router or the port itself. Could you help me figure out what’s going on? I don’t want to rely on the manual instructions.

You should download the drivers on another PC and move them through USB. Check the ASRock website for more details. Apologies for the confusion—I’m still learning about building PCs. P.S. Your PC isn’t recognizing the network; that’s the issue you’re seeing.
