I've attempted to link to my laptop, but both my phone and PC aren't recognized as supported devices. The PC's wireless settings show the ASUS PCE-AC55BT model, and I'm trying to use its drivers for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Phone - iPhone 6s.

I'm looking for the precise nature of the link you want to establish.

It functions with a wired connection too. Linking a phone to Windows can be tricky, yet it appears the system isn't properly recognizing it. This issue seems consistent across both Apple and non-Apple devices.
