Hey there, I see you're dealing with a persistent Xbox server issue. You've already checked the firewall, restarted IP helper and Xbox services—still nothing. Let's figure this out together.

Your router configuration might restrict specific services based on the safety zone chosen. Could you share the model of your router? Understanding what’s being blocked and which firewall settings you’re adjusting will help clarify the issue.

I experimented with the firewall settings in the control panel, though I've seen many tutorials without any results.

I can't attach images directly, but you can describe the error clearly so I know what to show. Let me know if you'd like help preparing that description! Also, it seems you're using Windows 10—just confirm if that's correct.

Are you linked to your home network? Is this a device provided by school? It’s likely your Xbox Live multiplayer account has privacy settings turned off. You can access it via Xbox.com and adjust the privacy options. Under Privacy, select Xbox One or Windows 10 Online Safety and ensure "You can join multiplayer games" is enabled.
