I received the latest Wi-Fi gateway yesterday and everything else on my devices is functioning properly, except for my PC. It’s linked to the router but lacks internet access. The diagnostic results show the same issue. What steps can I take to fix this?

The process of shutting down Windows Defender doesn't appear to restore the Wi-Fi connection.

It might indicate a network connection issue or interference. It could also suggest a misconfiguration or hardware problem.

Yes, I can try pinging 8.8.8.8 or other known internet IP addresses. If it fails, it might indicate a DNS issue.

You can reach your gateway's IP address, but not a public one. It seems your gateway isn't linked to the internet. Run ipconfig in the command prompt to see the details.
