Since I have purchased and built this new pc about two weeks ago, I have successfully connect and used bluetooth on the first day, but the next day my bluetooth connection was glitching out until it is now slow to find device or not even make a connection. I have tested the bluetooth device with other devices and they connect and performed perfectly fine. I have Gigabyte B760 GAMING X AX DDR4 ATX LGA1700 Motherboard. I did see that I have a new bios update available, but I was unable to installed the update via USB connection, I will try again if suggested. My specs is link in .txt file. I have notices my GCC program crashing every time I click on Update Center; I was able to get it working by deleting program and doing a fresh install. This is a temporary fix as as soon as I restart my computer it will crash again when loading into Update Center. specs.txt

No, you should use the Wi-Fi adapter included with your motherboard or cable.

Thanks for your feedback. I believe it was a simple error on my side.

I also made the same error when purchasing a Bluetooth motherboard. Unfortunately, the instructions don’t mention needing an antenna for Bluetooth. Everything is working now!
