My computer struggles with most games due to occasional packet loss, lag in multiplayer, and slow response times compared to others. The issues seem linked to network instability rather than hardware faults. Recent tests show decent speeds on Wi-Fi but inconsistent performance. On the other hand, my iPad connects much better, especially when using a USB connection. I suspect the problem lies with the router distance or Bluetooth configuration. A USB connection might be a better alternative since it provides more stable speeds and lower latency compared to Wi-Fi.

It’s not a 8850H since that refers to a laptop processor. It also looks improbable it’s brand new because the motherboard is quite outdated—I can’t even locate a recent model to purchase. Those mini WiFi adapters are really poor; if you have front USB ports, give them a try, but the distance from the router makes things difficult. Ideally, you’d want a modern PCIe card with an antenna that can be mounted on top of the PC instead of being attached to the back. If you must use USB, choose something bulky with visible antennas that won’t obstruct the signal.

Small USB Wi-Fi adapters aren't very good. Invest in a premium PCIe Wi-Fi card or, better yet, opt for Ethernet if possible.
