Good afternoon, here’s the update. My internet stays linked to my router all the time, but after browsing three or four pages I lose connection, even though I’m still connected to "BELL125." I’m running Ubuntu 16.04LTS on a dual-boot setup with Windows 10, and I’m using an ASUS X555QA laptop. Someone’s help would be greatly appreciated—thanks in advance! A happy Thanksgiving to anyone who knows a furry northern beaver. Cheers.

Checked that everything is up to date using apt-get update and upgrade. For your dual-boot setup, did you encounter similar problems on Windows?

Yes, I've made updates in all possible ways, including terminal. This doesn't occur on Windows, only Linux.

When this occurs, have you or can you execute the "sudo service network-manager restart" command? Other details that might assist: the WiFi hardware information. "lspci -nnk | grep -A2 0280" (assuming it's a laptop using Wi-Fi). If you lose internet access, how do you reconnect? Troubleshooting can be enjoyable.
