The modem only provides one LAN port. How do you connect to the internet on the other device? What data rates are you subscribed to through Spectrum? Are you employing any bandwidth control or performance enhancement tools? On the affected computer, what is the processor model and brand of the network interface card? Consider removing its driver and installing the newest version.

I believe I resolved it. I restarted my PC a few days back assuming it was software-related, and it worked again afterward. I assumed the problem persisted, but since I haven’t encountered any issues yet, it seems resolved. Spectrum has a known issue with random outages in my area, which wasn’t the primary concern during the reset. I’m confident everything is fine now. I’ll let you know if anything arises.
