Assuming both DNS and DHCP servers are on the same router, your DNS isn't pointing to it. Try these commands: ipconfig /flushdns, ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew. If issues persist, open network settings, click adapter properties, right-click your Wi-Fi, choose properties, set IP address manually, and confirm. You can also check the router's DHCP settings to see which DNS server it assigns.

I'm not sure if this works, but in the adapter options it shows no network access for IPv6. In your router settings, it lists IPv6 DNS and it appears empty.

Sounds like a DNS issue and as stated above your router is playing the role of your DNS server. If this works for your other network devices there isn't a reason it shouldn't work for your client here. Regardless you can try specifying your own DNS servers such as Cloudflare (1.1.1.1,1.0.0.1) or Google (8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4) and see if the behavior changes.

Don't stress about IPv6. Feel free to turn it off if desired, as it isn't necessary for a home network. IPv4 is the right choice for you.

You can connect it by plugging it directly into the provided cable.

You would change it in the section labeled "Where to modify."

It might be a hardware problem with the adapter. If connecting via Ethernet is straightforward, I’d prefer that method. Network Connections -> Adapter Properties -> Internet Protocol Version 4 TCP/IPv4

You're facing an issue with your adapters not connecting. The troubleshooting indicates a problem with the DNS server not responding.

Check if you're using the built-in Windows driver or your adapter's specific driver. Confirm whether the connection is USB or PCI_e.
