Bring someone in and let the other person persist repeatedly—it's tough, they require additional servers.

2.2 is now active in the PTU and introduces a party system that makes it easier for you and your friends to join the same server. It should be available soon ™ on the live server.
He is correct, I received an invitation and I've tried it out. It sets aside the number of spots for your gathering once you sign up, allowing everyone to join you in the universe or within Arc Corp. The only issue we faced was when two people were in instances and I couldn't connect with either since they were in separate sessions.
