It can be really tough to secure your own internet service, particularly in buildings with agreements between residents and major ISPs. If the lease terms clearly say you can’t obtain your own connection, you’re left with no choice.

Here in the US its the same. But the ISP who serves the complex generally installs service per resident. Nothing saying the OP cant contact the ISP that serves the complex.

yeah that is where it sucks ... i have my own wifi (one per appartement) but it is a closed room somewhere in the building and yeah i could get a wifi on my own but here in canada that is expensive asf
