Hi, I see the issue with your motherboard. It looks like the copper plate on the RAM track is damaged, possibly less than an inch wide. Since it's a used board, you might be able to connect it if the damage is minor.

Please share images of the suspected damage. Keep in mind, trace patterns are tight, making repairs by hand unlikely.

Yes, the initial two positions are matched together and the next two are also paired.

It's unlikely. Please share the photos if possible; there could be other explanations. Some issues aren't timing-related and might be resolvable, though the chances are slim.
