You can connect to the modem using 192.168.1.254 via the ASUS router even outside bridge mode. The IP address listed like 255.255.252.0 appears incorrect and could indicate a problem.

The only method available right now is to skip your ASUS router and link your computer directly to the modem through one of the unbridged ports. For the router subnet, you should visit the settings on your ASUS RT-AC68U device to adjust it so it matches the other network configuration.

It seems the subnet mask is listed as 255.255.252.0 instead of the expected 255.255.255.0. This discrepancy might indicate a configuration error or a misinterpretation.

I can't display a screen capture directly. However, I can guide you on how to check the status of 252 and adjust the bridged settings as requested. Let me know if you need step-by-step instructions!

I checked the modem's displayed WAN subnet and saw 255.255.252.0, while the LAN settings list 255.255.255.0. Would it be better to adjust the LAN subnet manually to 255.255.252.0?
