I'm trying to link this beast to my heatsink. I understand it's feasible, but I require guidance on selecting the right power supply to manage such a powerful fan.

Will the first part work? Also, can the heatsink handle a fan heavier than a pound? Only option is to link four 12V supplies together. Not recommended, but possible.
