I secured a 5800X and am using an MSI MEG X570 UNIFY motherboard with two 8-pin CPU power connectors. I’m thinking about boosting the CPU speed but want to confirm whether connecting both connectors is necessary.

It seems the 8-pin CPU connector isn't capable of delivering 336W power.
