i have two nics, one is my lan coming in, the other i want to bridge to it but stick a vpn in the middle of it, how exactly would i go about this

I'm trying to figure out your goal. Are you asking about assigning port 1 for LAN and port 2 for VPN out, or do you want to connect both ports together to form a LAN?

Unless your VPN assigns an IP range, you'll need to use NAT to forward traffic from other clients through the VPN, rather than a bridge. Sharing internet access on the PC might work, though I haven't tested it on Windows 10.
