I’m moving around and didn’t want to pay the internet bill in BC. I’m relocating to a new house and would have to pay it again. I’m using my phone data to connect my computer for internet, but the speed is only a few megabytes per second—while my phone handles 10 to 20 megabytes, my computer feels much slower. I’m using USB 3.0. Why is that happening?

No, it depends on your situation. Wireless can offer convenience and mobility but may have slower speeds or connectivity issues compared to wired connections.

Your device isn't connecting to Wi-Fi, but it's working with Ethernet.

Which phone model are you using, since if it's an Apple I don't have much choice beyond this

I prefer not to buy expensive cameras since I have a note 9 on Verizon.

I believe Apple's phone prices are reasonable, but I personally don't like iOS.
