Hello! Would you like to connect your phone to an internet switch with USB ports instead of RJ45? I didn’t notice those ports. Regarding the operating systems, you mentioned Linux and Windows.

In bridge mode using another Wi-Fi network connected via a data connection, simply add a second router and switch it to bridge mode. For a data plan, consider using a mobile hotspot device. This scenario is technically feasible, but it seems rare since few people require it.

Gather a tiny switch and link every computer using Ethernet. On the primary laptop, receive the phone connection and route it through the Ethernet port. Essentially create a bridge between the phone and the Ethernet interface... That should work.
