The password for the 5GHz network differs from that of the 2.4GHz network. You might also consider altering the SSID of the 5GHz network to avoid similarity with the 2.4GHz network.

Consider switching to another channel on your 5GHz network. Since they operate at varying frequency ranges, the existing one might not be fully compatible with your device.

I'll attempt to reinstall the wireless adapter driver. Windows 10 seems to have Wi-Fi problems, possibly due to some underlying issue. If possible, connect another device on 5GHz to confirm the router isn't the cause. I suspect it might be a Windows 10 problem. Another possibility is restarting the modem/router through Cox's settings, which could resolve a temporary glitch.
