Domain-based solutions are usually installed widely and managed automatically. You may want to create a .reg file for each system. Could you share the operating system you're using? Also, tell me about the client systems—what OS do they run on—and how many devices are connected?

The only method for a new computer to connect to a domain is through a domain use account with join domain privileges. You might set up a fresh domain user, assign join permissions, and then distribute those credentials. From an IT/security standpoint, it’s best you handle the joining yourself if you’re the system administrator.

Unless you're employing a deployment tool such as MDT, you'll need to handle it manually.
