It's improbable to connect your home network through a phone line for WAN internet access, as this setup isn't practical.
Unlimited phone data doesn’t mean unlimited hotspot or throttled data at high speeds. You might face speed limits eventually. There’s a workaround to bypass the data limits—check Xfinity’s prepaid option. It has no caps, but speeds are around 100 or 200 Mbps. The monthly cost is roughly $30 according to what I found.
It seems unlikely to achieve this with a typical router. Some methods exist, such as building your own router from a PC or Raspberry Pi.
Comcast and Xfinity depend on the Verizon network, which means they must pay Verizon for their services. They mostly use Wi-Fi via public hotspots or home internet connections.
