Operating at 20Mbit would raise questions about your network setup. Are both 5GHz channels combined into the same SSID? If yes, adjusting your router’s settings to assign different names could help direct devices to the 5GHz band specifically. Otherwise, if the signal strength is insufficient, relocating the router or adding a separate access point in another area might be necessary.
