So I increased my CPU speed to 4ghz and the temperatures while browsing were around 35-45 degrees. When I ran Heaven Benchmark at full capacity, the benchmarks showed 70+ on the CPU, but in Ryzen Master it was only 40-50 degrees. Which one is correct? (I think it's Ryzen Master but I'm confused about this.)

Ryzen Master provides the accurate temperature readings, while most third-party monitoring tools tend to be incorrect when compared to AMD's own software.

The monitoring system records your GPU temperature, not the CPU temperature.

Heaven's monitoring displays your GPU temperature, not CPU temperature. Considering this now gives it more meaning, making me feel quite confused. Do you have any suggestions for benchmarking software to evaluate your CPU performance? Is Heaven a suitable option?

Cinebench serves as a widely recognized tool for evaluating CPU performance. Prime95 (version 26.6) is commonly employed to conduct intensive stress tests on processors.

Thank you very much. With Ryzen Master, it's better to check your current temperatures rather than the average ones.

Use Ryzen Master to track idle, load, and benchmark temperatures. You might also try HWmonitor (make sure it's up to date) and compare the results to what you see in Ryzen Master. I prefer HWmonitor because it's user-friendly and logs your minimum and maximum temperatures, though I haven't tested it with a Ryzen CPU yet—I've only used it with Intel and older AMD CPUs like X4 965/850.
