I tried dual booting for a while, then deleted the other disk, but the warning keeps appearing! It takes about five seconds each time I start up. The menu offers two choices: win on drive 2 or a blank screen. I’m going with the blank option instead. Last time I dual booted, the screen vanished right away when I removed the drive. What’s the simplest way to remove it?

Launch the start menu, input "services.msc" followed by "msconfig". Navigate to the boot tab and remove the second empty option. Correction made to your request.

In fact, you're likely searching for the boot tab in msconfig

I managed it. Unfortunately, it didn’t alert me at all, just removed it right away on the first try—what if I accidentally clicked the wrong one? However, the problem appears resolved now. Thanks @Lurick and @F___.

For future reference: you can utilize a Windows 10 boot media (along with some advanced resources found online) to recreate the Windows 10 bootloader. I’ve done this before—it’s not enjoyable, but feasible.
