I've checked everything I can and am ready to assist. The main issue seems to be with the FPS, even after adjusting settings. My system specs are a Ryzen 5 3600, GTX 1660, 8GB RAM, 3000W PSU, B450 motherboard.

I'm seeing a stable 47 fps with temperatures in safe range. CPU usage is around 60%, GPU performance is consistent, and RAM is set to 4x2 configuration.
