You've made the transition from Windows to Linux and are trying to configure Freesync on Pop!_OS. It seems you're using AMD drivers, which should support it. The main issue appears to be locating the correct information about Freesync in your system settings. The command you tried with `xrandr` didn't return the expected result, and the error message indicates that "displayport-1" isn't being recognized as a display device. You might want to verify the display configuration or check if Freesync is properly installed and enabled through the appropriate AMD tools. If you need further guidance, let me know!

Edit gedit file at /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-amdgpu.conf. Change the "Device" section to include "AMD" driver with amdgpu option set to true. Save changes and restart your system. If the directory doesn't exist, create it using sudo mkdir.

I encountered an alert after using it. Do you know what that means?

GVFS is a small tool and doesn't relate to anything else. You can disregard that.
