I own a Windows MR headset and The Lab is very unstable for me. It starts but always crashes after a few minutes of loading. Have you experimented with different games? Did you install the Windows MR driver from Steam (it should auto-download but you can locate it there) and also verify that the main Windows MR platform is functioning properly?
