Hey everyone, like the title says, I just sold my old desktop so I'm going to do a fresh install of Windows 10, my question is, how do I set it up for "first time use", like when you buy a new laptop. Thanks everyone for your comments!

Deploy Windows directly and create a user called "User" for them to customize. Alternatively, install Windows without configuration and let the buyer handle setup.

Find an affordable new hard drive and set up an operating system on it. Sysprep and OOBE are likely the right tools to use. Explore them!

You need a way to install Windows with all drivers preloaded while keeping the setup clean. This would let you load drivers and then proceed with a fresh installation.
